Kristina Woodruff
About
Kristina Woodruff is a popular and accomplished artist with innate skills in art and music. Her works have won numerous awards and have been exhibited in many art shows over the years including Neurodiversity at the Museum of Modern Art in Kiev Ukraine. Kristina has three solo exhibitions to her credit: Fiddlesticks at Sophie’s Gallery, By the Sea at Cafe Thera, and a retrospective at Edgeware Gallery in Kensington. She works in virtually all mediums including watercolor, oils, acrylics and digital art. She is also a gifted classical guitarist who is inspired by the masters and was a featured artist at Pop Go The Arts playing duet and solo at Copley Symphony Hall in downtown San Diego. Other recognition includes reproductions in the digital “how to” books Creative Metamorphosis and Dabbler. She has appeared on PBS, Computer Chronicles and NTV, Art Time in Japan. Kristina’s art has also been reproduced on tee shirts, greeting cards and posters. She was chosen to paint a wine barrel in a partnership between the Brigantine Family Restaurants, Wild Horse Winery and St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center. The wine barrel was themed to the Point Loma Brigantine, which featured the historic Old Point Loma Lighthouse. Kristina’s artwork was also used for the promotional materials for the 2007 El Cajon German American Club during their Oktober Festival. Her artwork has been featured for several of the SMSC fashion shows over the years including Lady with Umbrella, which is on display at By the Sea.
